I don’t often leave comments, but I just wanted to thank you for posting links to interesting articles. Despite the vast amounts of information out there on the internet, I actually find it difficult to find truly helpful reading on implementing Montessori principles. I cannot afford to send my child to a private Montessori school, so I love learning about how I can make the home a place that encourages growth and independence for my 2 yr old (and I guess for me as a parent as well!).

Diane, Thank you for your comment (and I apologize for not responding till now. Believe it or not, I didn’t see it till today!). You know what my mom always says to parents, “You don’t have to spend money to send your kids to my school. If you can do it at home, there is no place more important.” I couldn’t agree with her more.
